Mr. Schneider is AV rated by Martindale/Hubbell and is an experienced trial lawyer (over 30 jury trials as well as bench trials and binding arbitrations, and extensive appellate work), specializing in employment, business, financial institution, and intellectual property claims and litigation. He has spoken on many occasions before the California Credit Union Lawyers Conference on employment matters and other issues, and presented at the 2005 and 2006 ACI Employment Practices Liability Insurance program.  Mr. Schneider has also led in-house seminars for clients on the subject of recent developments in new statutory and case law on employment issues.

Among his published articles are "Case Law Pertaining to Employment Investigations," "Abuse of Elder Abuse," "Elder Abuse," and "The Art of Compromise - CCP998 Revisited."  Mr. Schneider was also a contributing author in the Aspatore Books 2006 book, "Inside the Minds: Resolving Employee Disputes & Litigation."
