While at law school, Mr. Valeriano acted as Managing Editor of the Law Review for the 1978-1979 academic year.
Since joining the firm, he has specialized in handling claims and litigation with an emphasis on fidelity and related commercial/financial institution matters, including directors and officers errors and omissions. Mr. Valeriano has served as an Adjunct Professor of Law at Loyola University School of Law (1985-1987), has lectured on issues involving fidelity insurance, and has authored or co-authored several papers on the topic.
