Brian L. Bradford Las Vegas, Nevada
Mr. Bradford practices in the areas of civil and commercial litigation with an emphasis on business litigation. He has conducted all aspects of pre-trial litigation before state and federal courts in several areas of specialty, including employment practices liability, civil rights litigation, insurance coverage, bad faith and premises liability. He has obtained successful results for clients at trial, including defense verdicts in a premises liability action for a local restaurant as well as a negligent hiring action for a hotel and casino. A native of Compton, California, Mr. Bradford moved to Colorado to join the United States Air Force Academy. As a commissioned officer in the United States Air Force, he provided valuable leadership in anti-terrorism planning and operations. He attained the rank of Captain before attending law school. While attending the William S. Boyd School of Law in Nevada, Mr. Bradford served on the school's Nevada Law Journal and served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Philip M. Pro, US District Court for the District of Nevada. In his spare time, Mr. Bradford enjoys spending time with his family and is active in his church.
