Henry Zangwill specializes in complex business and insurance coverage litigation, as well as advising and counseling clients on insurance coverage issues.  Mr. Zangwill has practiced with three of the most prestigious firms in Southern California -- Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher, Alschuler, Grossman & Pines, and Sonnenshein Nath & Rosenthal.

Mr. Zangwill's insurance expertise includes both first party and third party claims under general liability, business owners and homeowners’ policies, as well as coverage issues arising under directors and officers and professional liability policies, and litigating bad faith claims.  Mr. Zangwill also authored a monthly legal column for the Insurance Journal.

In addition to his insurance coverage practice, Mr. Zangwill has broad experience in the conduct of complex business litigation.  Mr. Zangwill’s business litigation experience has involved a wide variety of business and corporate issues, including partnership and inter-company disputes, shareholder derivative actions, real estate litigation, license disputes, intellectual property disputes, unfair competition claims, banking and finance litigation, environmental issues, construction defect issues and product liability actions.  Mr. Zangwill also served as a member of the Board of Directors of the Association of Business Trial Lawyers.
