Mr. Hernandez has successfully handled over 300 fiduciary bond matters, and he presented a paper on fiduciary bond claims at the 2001 ABA Annual Convention in Chicago.  He has also handled over 150 title insurance and over 65 mechanic's lien matters. Mr. Hernandez presented a paper at the 1999 ABA Annual Convention in Atlanta on construction and mechanic's lien issues. He has also made presentations to the Los Angeles County Bar Association on title insurance and fiduciary bond litigation.

Mr. Hernandez enjoys collecting first edition books, and art pottery and antiques from the Arts & Crafts period.
