Ms. Foster's practice involves representing employers in all aspects of labor and employment litigation, including discrimination involving protected classes, harassment, wrongful termination, retaliation, breach of contract claims, and wage and hour violations. She also has four years of experience handling large, class action litigation and has advised employers as to many aspects of regulations over the workplace, including posting requirements, sexual harassment training, meal and rest break requirements and the classification of employees on an hourly or salaried basis. She has been admitted to practice in both federal and state courts and has defended employers in arbitrations before the Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services and thee National Arbitration Forum. Ms. Foster is the Vice Chair and Co-Membership Chair of the Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles. She has been a member of the Associates Board of the Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles since 2006 and during that time period has organized several successful fundraisers to support the Bill Smith Homeless Veterans Project, a clinic devoted to helping homeless veterans secure government benefits. Ms. Foster has also represented members of her community through the Santa Monica Courthouse Domestic Violence Clinic. In addition to her work for the Legal Aid Foundation of Los Angeles, Ms. Foster is a member of the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society's Team in Training and as such is training to complete half marathons across the United States.
