With over a decade of both liitigation and commercial law experience, Lisa offers clients a well-rounded background in real property, commercial finance, construction law, personal injury and products liability.

Lisa handles real estate and business litigation issues for clients facing issues ranging from easement claims, sub-prime loans, and fraudulent transfers to commercial collection and bankruptcy.  She also represents building contractors, design professionals, insurers and financial institutions in the area of construction law.

She has extensive experience defending wrongful death and personal injury cases throughout Northern and Southern California with a recent emphasis on mass toxic tort and absestos cases.

Lisa's extensive experience in every stage of litigation - from client counseling and management, discovery, witness preparation, high-risk depositions, motion practice, and trial support - allows her to adeptly handle complex, multi-faceted cases.

Before joining AMC, Lisa focused on civil litigation in the areas of personal injury, premises liability, toxic tort and real property title litigation.  She also has many years of experience in the areas of commercial leasing, risk management, estate administration, corporate formation and governance, franchise law and trademark registration.
