After admission to the California Bar, Mr. Aronson was Bond Counsel for Transamerica Insurance Company from 1979 to 1983 where he had extensive experience in surety and fidelity claims.

Mr. Aronson's practice includes the representation of sureties involving contract and commercial bonds including default termination, completion contracts, claims investigation and analysis, and the assertion of creditor's rights in bankruptcy proceedings.

He is a contributing author to the American Bar Association's publications on The Law of The Motor Vehicle Dealer Bond Manual and The Performance Bond Manual, both published in 2006.  Mr. Aronson is also a contributing author to The Surety's Indemnity Agreement (2002), The Law of Suretyship II (2006), as well as the Wiley Law Publications book The Practical Guide to Handling Surety Bond Claims (1997).  He is a frequent speaker at surety industry presentations.

Admitted to the Federal District Courts in California and Arizona, Mr. Aronson is a member of the American Bar Association and the Surety Claims Institute.  He is a former Chair of the Defense Research Institute's Fidelity & Surety Committee and a past Vice Chair of the American Bar Association's Fidelity & Surety Law Committee.  Mr. Aronson also served as President of the Southern California Surety Claims Association.
