Mr. Krone served on Fordham's Media & Entertainment Law Journal and served as a judicial extern to the Honorable Joseph McLaughlin, US Court of Appeals.

Mr. Krone has conducted all aspects of pre-trial litigation before state and federal courts in several areas of specialty, including insurance coverage, intellectual property, unfair competition, bad faith and attorney malpractice. He has dealt with a wide range of legal issues, including the Americans with Disabilities Act, Age Discrimination in Employment Act, workers' compensation, products liability, reinsurance, and negligence, and advised insurers as to coverage issues. He is co-author of the revised 1997 PLI publication "Title I of the Americans with Disabilities Act."
