Since 1990, Mr. Kearney has handled all phases of insurance, commercial, and ERISA litigation from pre-trial discovery and motion practice, court and jury trials, through writs and appeals. He has experience in most types of complex litigation, including class action and multi-district litigation.  He has three published decisions.

His insurance experience includes coverage, bad faith and extra-contractual issues in first and third party matters, and professional liability litigation. He handles general civil matters, product liability claims, landlord-tenant and real estate contract disputes, as well as commercial, inland marine and transportation-related claims.
