Ms. McConnell is a senior litigation attorney with over 20 years of diverse civil litigation experience.  Ms. McConnell has extensive expertise in handling complex commercial, financial services, intellectual property, legal malpractice, personal injury and premises liability matters in state and federal courts throughout the United States, including class actions and private attorney general actions.  Ms. McConnell has extensive experience in all aspects of litigation, from case inception through trial, as well as alternative dispute resolution proceedings, including mediation and arbitration.

Ms. McConnell has also spent years working on pro bono matters, including seeking asylum in immigration court for victims of drug cartel violence in Mexico and filing appeals on behalf of clients whose asylum applications had been denied.
