George is a trusted attorney with over 30 years of experience in state and federal court. His practice includes representing employers in a broad range of labor and employment disputes, including harassment, discrimination, retaliation and wrongful termination matters. He provides strategic counseling to employers with respect to employee investigations, workplace policies, unfair competition and enforcement of trade secrets. In addition to his employment practice, George has extensive experience defending public and private sector clients against premises liability, automobile liability, wrongful death and personal injury claims. George has argued before the California Courts of Appeal and the Federal Court of Appeal for the Ninth Circuit.
George has lectured on how to avoid errors and omissions claims, and California’s Fair Claims Settlement Practices regulations. He is the author of “Distress Signals,” an article published in Los Angeles Lawyer magazine that explores strategies for litigating claims of severe emotional distress. Additional published works and speaking engagements include: “Claims Adjusters Take Heed: Daubert Wants You” John Cooke Fraud Reporter; and “Protecting Yourself – Avoiding Errors and Omissions in the 90’s” presented to the Southwest Los Angeles Escrow Association.
