Motunrayo is a litigation and trial attorney whose practice focuses on complex civil matters, specializing in title disputes and title insurance coverage. Motunrayo’s clients include title companies, title insurance companies, escrow companies, lenders, and commercial and residential property owners.
Through her excellent attention to detail and superior analytical skills, Motunrayo has obtained significant victories for her clients.
Motunrayo has extensive trial and appellate experience, but also recognizes the importance of employing her exceptional negotiation skills in obtaining prompt results. But no matter what, Motunrayo’s top priority is being a zealous advocate for her clients. She is not afraid to roll-up her sleeves and tackle challenging legal issues and in fact welcomes them.
Motunrayo was co-chair of the Los Angeles County Bar Association Title Insurance Subsection.
In her free time, Motunrayo loves exploring the City with her husband and two children, and always makes sure she is taking some time for herself by practicing hot yoga.
