Carmel Recognized for Speaking on Insurance Law Topics

Rina Carmel was recognized by the ABA Insurance Coverage Litigation Committee for speaking at its annual CLE seminar for 18 consecutive years on coverage and bad faith topics.  This year, Rina spoke on Why Can’t We Settle?: Consequences When Insurer and Insured Disagree on Value of Underlying Claim.
