Client’s Motion to Dismiss Complaint Granted with Prejudice

Rina Carmel, Ken Watnick, and David Billings obtained a victory when the court granted our insurer client’s motion to dismiss with prejudice, and entered judgment in our client’s favor.  The court based its reasoning on the arguments set forth in the motion to dismiss.
