Jennifer Kalvestran to speak at West Coast Casualty Construction Defect Seminar

AMC senior counsel, Jennifer Kalvestran, will be speaking at the West Coast Casualty Construction Defect seminar, taking place at Disneyland on May 18-19, 2023.  Jennifer will be discussing emerging coverage issues arising out of new construction products, such as modular construction, 3D printing, and cross-laminated timber, as well as litigation trends involving these new construction products and techniques.
