July 10, 2025 – Jennifer Kalvestran Participated in PLRB’s “Hot Topics Webinar Series”

On July 10, 2025, Jennifer Kalvestran participated in a panel presentation as part of Property & Liability Resource Bureau’s highly regarded “Hot Topics Webinar Series.” Attended by over 800 individuals in the insurance industry, she and her panel members, Pete Fowler and David Heeman, discussed ways to evaluate and resolve disputes involving high estimates and supplemental invoices for the remediation of damage and restoration of the insured’s property following a loss.  In doing so, the panel also addressed coverage issues that typically arise in such situations, and ways to mitigate both the carrier’s and insured’s exposure when such disputes arise.  Please reach out to Jennifer Kalvestran for further information about this presentation.
