Ken Watnick and Jesse Yanco Speaking at 2026 Fidelity and Surety Law Midwinter Conference – 1/21/26

Ken Watnick, Co-Chair of AMC’s Fidelity, Surety & Specialty Coverages Practice Group, and Jesse Yanco will be connecting with colleagues and attending the ABA TIPS 2026 Fidelity and Surety Law Midwinter Conference January 21-23, 2026, in Washington, DC. Ken and Jesse will be joining a panel speaking as part of the Fidelity Program entitled “Navigating the New Era of Commercial Crime: Bigger Claims, Smarter Criminals, Higher Stakes.”  Ken and Jesse will be speaking on direct loss and causation and offering insight in examining today’s most significant substantive issues under commercial crime claims and financial institution bond matters.
