Mid-Winter ABA Meeting Focused on Ponzi Schemes

Carleton Burch chaired the Fidelity section of the ABA TTIPS Fidelity and Surety Law Committee’s annual midwinter meeting in San Diego, California in January 2019. The section presented multiple papers on Ponzi schemes followed by a mock trial.
