Rina Carmel & Don McCormick Prevail

Rina Carmel and Donald W. McCormick recently prevailed on a motion for judgment on the pleadings, obtaining a declaration from a federal court that the insurance policy did not cover an underlying action alleging that the insured failed to timely deliver items it had agreed to supply, and that some of the defective, inadequate items it supplied had to be removed and replaced after they were installed, both of which caused solely economic loss.
