These Bonds, issued by sureties to the financiers of independent motion pictures, provide financial assurance that the film will be completed and delivered to the sales agent on time for domestic and foreign sales. The firm has had extensive practice in the negotiation, drafting, and litigating of these Completion Bonds and the firm has also worked on all manner of litigation respecting the problems attendant to such Bonds as well as the production of motion pictures in general.
