Court of Appeal Victory Affirming Summary Judgment

Huge victory for AMC, Vanessa H. Widener, and Ali. Z. Vaqar in the Court of Appeal, Second Appellate District, with an Opinion affirming the trial court’s decision granting summary judgment in favor of AMC’s client. The case involved two commercial properties, and the plaintiff was trying to enforce an unrecorded License Agreement as an easement over neighboring property owned by defendant. The trial court and Court of Appeal agreed with the arguments and analysis advance by AMC on behalf its client that the unrecorded License Agreement was not binding defendant who was a bona fide purchaser.  The unpublished opinion was issued in Krajian v. Razmer #3, LLC, No. B331147 (Cal. App. February 14, 2025).
