James K. Autrey

James K. Autrey is a senior litigation attorney who has prevailed in trial and appellate courts throughout California. His specialty is employment litigation including but not limited to claims of racial, gender, age, and disability discrimination as well as whistle-blower actions. James has successfully represented corporations and governmental entities and employees in employment actions.  James has successfully conducted over thirty jury trials and arbitrations and has represented clients in both state and federal courts.
