Colleen Deziel's practice includes the representation of management interests in various aspects of employment law including wrongful discharge and discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims.  She has participated in seminars for clients on the subject of recent developments in new statutory and case law on employment issues.  Colleen is the editor of the firm's employment law newsletter and co-editor of the firm's yearly employment law update.  Her practice also includes the defense of clients in tort and contract based claims such as premises liability, products liability and general negligence.

Colleen has published articles on the subject matter of elder abuse and mandatory reporting of elder abuse by financial institutions.

Colleen has earned an AV rating from Martindale Hubbell which reflects the highest level of professional excellence, ability and professional standards of conduct.  She is an experienced trial attorney, having obtained verdicts and judgments in favor of her clients on numerous occasions.  She has also arbitrated and mediated hundreds of matters in her areas of practice. 

Colleen lives in South Pasadena with her family.  She was appointed to South Pasadena's Design Review Board back in 2007.  In her free time - when Colleen is not helping her daughter with her school work or her various sporting activities - she can be found volunteering with the Tournament of Roses, playing co-ed softball or golf, or reading.
