Brian L. Bradford is a partner in the Las Vegas office of Anderson, McPharlin & Conners LLP.  His practice focuses on the areas of Labor and Employment law as well as surety law.  He is highly experienced in the investigation, litigation, and resolution of employment disputes.  He has also successfully represented federal contractors, automobile dealerships, gaming establishments, and healthcare organizations before numerous administrative agencies, including the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, Nevada Equal Rights Commission, Department of Labor, the Nevada Labor Commissioner, and Nevada Occupational Safety and Health Administration. Brian’s practice further includes the representation of management interests in various aspects of employment law including wage and hour disputes, wrongful discharge and discrimination, harassment, and retaliation claims.  He regularly counsels employers on various employment issues, conducts anti-harassment and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion training, and has participated in numerous seminars for clients on the subject of recent developments in new statutory and case law on employment issues.  Prior to his arrival at AMC, Brian served as General Counsel for the Nevada Association of Employers, a non-profit organization dedicated to addressing the employment-related challenges of Nevada employers.

In addition to his employment practice, Brian’s practice includes the defense of clients in negligence, other tort and contract-based claims such as premises liability, and general negligence. He has represented title insurers in real estate litigation.

Outside the office, Brian spends his time cheering on his Air Force Academy Fighting Falcons in all sporting events, spending time with his three children (and two dogs), and enjoying live music and standup comedy

  • One week jury trial involving claims of breach of contract arising out of an employment partnership agreement – $1.1 million jury award to clients.
  • One week jury trial involving mechanics’ lien foreclosure action against title company – resulting verdict 70% lower than final settlement offer
  • Awarded summary judgment in action involving claims of age and gender discrimination asserted against federal contractor.
  • Awarded summary judgment in action involving claims of race discrimination against financial institution.
  • Awarded summary judgment in action involving claims of race discrimination against higher educational institution by multiple plaintiffs.
